Start from the beginning of your case to write the story. There are three parts to every story. The story emerges from events sequenced in a plot. An event is a meaningful change in a character’s life, what that happens to transforms the world from one state into another. The main character(protagonist) goes through a series of events, each of them taking him closer to, or farther away from his Goal. This series of events culminates in Climax — the major, most important event of a story, the moment when the protagonist achieves his goal(or, less often, fails to achieve it). What happened to your client? What is the goal? You could easily say “justice”. But consider if it is not an abstract ending that satisfies any reader but rather the specifics. For example being able to live a healthy life again after a needed surgery, or getting business back to where it should be but for the damage to the business. The happy ending the jury sees as they the heroes, the jury, ride off into the sunset. Study the art of story. We are not fulfilled to be our best by limited skills of legal training. There is so much to learn to be our best. https://lasctrial.com
